Johnny is a leader, organizer, and mentor by his very nature. He and his family have been in and around the oilfield their entire lives, and therefore he brings three generations worth of experience to Flowfect. Johnny began his oilfield career as a field hand while he was a junior in high school. Since he started at grassroots level, he gained invaluable experience over his personal 39 years long career in the oilfield. Johnny has owned several businesses in the energy industry which helped him develop a vast background knowledge of the industry at various levels. From the very beginning Johnny was taught by his father that a foundation of honesty and integrity are vital in the success and sustainability of a business. Johnny continued on his father’s track by keeping honesty and integrity at the core of his business and leadership model. Johnny naturally understands the intricacies and detailed processes required to conduct a successful and robust business. Johnny currently oversees all operating functions of Flowfect. He has been instrumental in developing specialized tools, including Flowfect’s Flowpal™ Technology, for paraffin remediation. Johnny lives in Devine, TX where he preaches at a local church as an ordained minister.
